- Capable to undertstand utility drawings , prepare clash analysis , liaise within the team for shop drawing, MSRA and Materials approvals.
- Work accordance to meet the high standard of safety and quality. Day to day coordination with sub-contractor and capable to extract the work from the sub contractor's , site team to do the work as per project plan/program.
- Daily meetings , weekly meeting with sub contractor to manage the sub contractors.
- Check the shop drawing before submission to the Engineer's.
- Produce daily and weekly photographs for preparing report by the Planning Manager.
- Manage inspection with authority.
- Hand over the Under ground services to authority.
Strong project management abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of civil engineering principles
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of construction codes and regulations
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with construction software and tools
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ensuring compliance
