Construction Manager - MEP (Data Center)

A large technology project in Abu Dhabi. This is a construction-delivery-focused Responsible for managing the construction delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality requirements Delivers high-quality, time-efficient and profitable delivery, accountable for compliance, governance and assurance. Responsible for building and retaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support delivery success You’ll be responsible for:

• 
  Manage MEP construction delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage trade performance using digital tools.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and shares responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
• Manages the quality assurance process, ensuring that a high level of installation quality is provided and that all trade contractors and consultants follow the agreed process.
• Accountable for the construction aspects of the MEP services and the management of the site environment, programme, health safety and wellbeing, quality and commissioning of the project.
• Implement commissioning and close-out strategies aligned with Mace standards.
• Drive risk mitigation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all phases.

You’ll need to have:

• 
  Relevant engineering degree with strong digital skills.
• Data center project experience is essential for client approval.
• Proficient in MEP systems, planning, and quality control.
• Working knowledge of construction, commercial, and safety practices.
