We are looking for a capable Construction Manager specializing in Roads & Infrastructure to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Job Responsibility
- Supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
- Manage and undertake all type of dry and wet utilities and roadworks.
- Provide forecast and look-ahead program and monitor the cost as per project cost.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects meet specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-control measures are in place.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience as a Construction Manager, with a focus on roads and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

- Can assess technical aspects of the project and make decisions that align with overall project goals.
