Job Title: Consultant ICU - Saudi Arabia

At Allocation Assist Middle East, we are currently seeking a Consultant ICU to join a dynamic and growing team in Saudi Arabia. You will be working in one of the top hospitals in the country, with state-of-the-art facilities and a diverse and talented team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of all aspects of their condition
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient
  • Conduct regular ward rounds and provide supervision and guidance to junior medical staff
  • Participate in on-call duties and be available for emergency procedures and consultations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
  • Stay current with the latest developments in critical care medicine and participate in continuous education and training programs
  • Act as a mentor and role model for junior doctors and nursing staff

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification in Critical Care or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant in an Intensive Care Unit setting
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Candidates must have Western education/training.
