We are looking for a highly skilled Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing minimally invasive procedures using imaging guidance, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, including vascular diseases, cancers, and other medical disorders. Your role will involve working closely with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. You must be adept at using advanced medical imaging technologies and have a strong understanding of human anatomy and pathology. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain complex procedures to patients and their families, as well as collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to providing the highest standard of care. You will also be involved in research and development of new interventional techniques and technologies, contributing to the advancement of the field. Responsibilities

  • Perform minimally invasive procedures using imaging guidance.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in interventional radiology.
  • Participate in research and development of new techniques.

  • Supervise and train junior medical staff and radiology technicians.
  • Conduct pre-procedure consultations and post-procedure follow-ups.
  • Manage and operate advanced medical imaging equipment.
  • Adhere to all medical and ethical guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and conditions.
  • Perform emergency interventions as required.
  • Provide expert opinions and second opinions on complex cases.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment options and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and education.
  • Ensure high standards of infection control and hygiene.

Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or Specialization degree in Interventional Radiology.
  • Valid medical license to practice.
  • Extensive experience in interventional radiology procedures.
  • Proficiency in using advanced medical imaging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
