Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a dynamic and dedicated consultant for kidney transplant to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to patients in need of kidney transplants.

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a dynamic and dedicated consultant for kidney transplant to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to patients in need of kidney transplants.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform kidney transplant surgeries and manage the pre- and post-operative care of patients
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and determine eligibility for kidney transplantation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nephrologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to ensure successful transplant outcomes
- Participate in transplant committee meetings and provide input on allocation and management, and follow-up of transplant patients
- Keep updated with the latest advancements and techniques in kidney transplantation
- Provide guidance and support to other healthcare staff on transplant management and care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Board certification in transplant surgery or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a transplant surgeon
- Strong understanding of organ allocation policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
