Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Neonatologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Consultant Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing expert medical advice and treatment to newborns and infants. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of newborns and infants
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions, including birth defects, infections, and breathing disorders
• Develop effective treatment plans and provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up care
• Communicate clearly with parents and family members regarding their infant's health and progress
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, including nurses, pediatricians, and surgeons, to provide coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports
• Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of neonatology
• Contribute to the training and education of medical students and residents
  
  

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Neonatologist
• Valid and active medical license in Abu Dhabi
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in neonatology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must have received a Western education or training.
