We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant neurosurgeon/cranial to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Main Responsibilities
Allocation Assist Middle East is a leading Medical consultancy agency in Dubai. We specialize in providing top-notch medical professionals to hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Middle East. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant neurosurgeon/cranial to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultations, diagnoses, and treatment services to patients with neurosurgical and cranial conditions.
- Perform various surgical procedures, including brain and spinal surgeries, and coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with best practices and current guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other consultants, specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
- Continuously review and monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Participate in research and provide leadership in scholarly activities related to neurosurgery/cranial practice.
- Participate in educational activities and clinical training for residents, fellows, and medical students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Actively participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- A medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Completion of specialty training in neurosurgery/cranial in the UK, with a valid CCT (certificate of completion of training).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant neurosurgeon/cranial surgeon in a reputable healthcare institution.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current practices, techniques, and advancements in neurosurgery/the cranial field.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage complex cases.
- Understanding of ethical and legal principles related to healthcare practice.
