Consultant Paediatric Hepatologist - Dubai

As a Consultant Paediatric Hepatologist, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to children with liver diseases, from diagnosis to treatment and follow-up care. Your role will also involve conducting research, supervising medical staff, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans for children with liver diseases
• Perform minor procedures, such as liver biopsies, as necessary
• Monitor and manage patients during and after treatment
• Conduct research and publish findings in academic journals
• Supervise and train medical staff, including residents and fellows
• Collaborate with other specialists to provide integrated care for complex cases
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention strategies
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in paediatric hepatology through continuous education and training
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Paediatric Hepatology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paediatric Hepatologist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to children
