The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Consultant to join our prestigious and rapidly expanding medical team at Allocation Assist Middle East. Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing expert consultation services to patients in pediatric critical care medicine, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and severe illnesses.
  • Interpretation of diagnostic tests results and collaboration with other medical specialists to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Conducting and supervising procedures and interventions necessary for patient care, such as intubation, mechanical ventilation, and other advanced life support techniques.
  • Providing comprehensive medical care to critically ill children, including coordination of follow-up care, discharge planning, and communication with families.
  • Participation in clinical research and education activities, including supervising and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of pediatric critical care medicine.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, providing reports as required, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Medical degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
  • Successful completion of specialist training in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable healthcare organization.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge in pediatric critical care medicine, including management of complex cases and use of advanced techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Must be Western-trained.
