As a Consultant Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to critically ill children and infants, overseeing their treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessment of patients to determine their medical needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans for critically ill pediatric patients, including managing complex medical procedures and interventions
• Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other medical staff, including nurses, therapists, and surgeons, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients
• Keep accurate and detailed records of patients' medical history, progress, and treatments
• Educate patients and their families about their condition and the recommended course of treatment
• Remain up to date with the latest advancements and best practices in pediatric critical care medicine through continuing education and professional development
• Ensure compliance with all local and international healthcare regulations and standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a reputable hospital or healthcare facility
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
