Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pediatric ENT Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions in children, with a strong background in otolaryngologic surgery and patient-centered care.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pediatric ENT Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions in children, with a strong background in otolaryngologic surgery and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage ENT disorders in pediatric patients, including congenital and acquired conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, and endoscopic sinus surgery.
- Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and pediatricians for comprehensive care.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including audiograms, CT scans, and MRIs.
- Provide consultations and second opinions for complex pediatric ENT cases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and departmental meetings.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students when applicable.
- Medical degree with specialization in otolaryngology.
- Fellowship or board certification in pediatric ENT is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience, with a focus on pediatric cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must be Western-trained.
