Are you a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Hematologist looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Pediatric Hematologist specializing in bone marrow transplantation to join a prestigious team in Dubai.

As a Consultant Pediatric Hematologist (BMT), you will work directly with patients and their families, providing expert care and treatment for blood disorders and cancers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bone marrow transplantation process, from initial evaluation and treatment planning to post-transplant care and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and diagnosis of pediatric blood disorders and cancers
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of bone marrow transplantation, including pre-transplant conditioning, stem cell collection, and transplant procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, potential risks and side effects, and long-term care plans
• Monitor and assess patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in pediatric hematology and bone marrow transplantation through continuous education and training.
  
  

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology.
• The candidate must hold a UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Fellowship training in pediatric bone marrow transplantation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric hematology with a focus on bone marrow transplantation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
