The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert medical services and specialized care to pediatric patients with respiratory disorders. As a key member of our team, the Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist will contribute to the development and implementation of pulmonary healthcare programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provided specialized medical care to pediatric patients with respiratory disorders, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, and bronchitis.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and diagnostic tests and interpret results.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medication.
- Monitor and manage patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in the field of pediatric pulmonology and incorporate new techniques and treatments into practice.
- Participate in medical education and training for healthcare professionals and students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pulmonary healthcare programs and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of patients.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of specialized training in pediatric pulmonology (diploma, board certification, or fellowship).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a pediatric pulmonologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
