Consumer Cocreation & Insights Intern

About this Position This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in consumer insights and research methodologies within a global corporate environment. The intern will gain exposure to qualitative research techniques and their application in product development and innovation. The role provides valuable insight into how consumer behaviors and preferences shape business strategies.

What You´ll Do

• Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of qualitative consumer research projects.
• Take detailed notes during studies, consumer discussions, and research sessions.
• Support insight synthesis by identifying patterns and key findings from collected data.
• Manage sample handling in collaboration with agencies and R&D teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for project execution.
• Assist in organizing online and in-person events related to consumer co-creation activities.
• Support internal coordination by liaising with different departments and team members.
• Create infographics and visual storytelling materials to convey insights effectively.
• Support the use of Arriba and other research platforms for data collection and analysis.
• Assist in structuring and categorizing consumer insights for easy reference and reporting.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• 0-1 years of experience in market research, consumer behavior, or related fields.
• Educational background in Business, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Market Research, Social Sciences, or Psychology.
• Passion for consumer insights, product innovation, and research methodologies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and engage with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with videomaking and infographics is a plus.
• Ability to organize data, find patterns, and synthesize insights effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
