Job Summary

O Beach Dubai is on the lookout for a dynamic, hands-on Content Creator who can capture the energy, elegance, and unforgettable moments that define our brand. From poolside beats to stylish brunches, you’ll be on the ground daily, producing visually striking, trendy, and engaging content that reflects the essence of O Beach.

This role is ideal for a creative who thrives in a live-event environment, understands the visual codes of a premium playful lifestyle brand, and can shoot and edit on the go. You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager to align on daily content needs and ensure the O Beach story is always being told in the most exciting, scroll-stopping way.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Be the daily on-site content creator, responsible for filming and photographing all relevant brand moments, from guest experiences to venue highlights.
• Edit photos and videos to create engaging visual content, including full photo and video editing for social media posts.
• Shoot and edit content that reflects the energy and aesthetic of the brand, a balance of luxury, lifestyle, and fun.
• Capture event coverage, venue atmosphere, F&B moments, staff personality, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.
• Edit content quickly on-location or shortly after, using mobile or desktop tools, to allow uploads by the Social Media Manager.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to develop creative concepts and social campaign plans that resonate with our target audience and enhance our online presence.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all content – lighting, filters, colors, and transitions.
• Work from content briefs and contribute ideas when needed for unique executions.
• Organize and archive digital assets in an accessible, well-labeled structure.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, visual effects, and editing techniques relevant to hospitality and entertainment content.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Content Creator, preferably with a focus on social media content creation.
  
  

Required Technical Skills

• Must own your own equipment (camera, lenses, and gimbal)
• Strong technical skills in both photography and videography.
• Proven editing ability using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and mobile tools.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, with a strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, composition, balance, color theory, and typography.
• Strong understanding of trendy social-first aesthetics (match cuts, transitions, beat syncing, etc.)
• Great sense of timing, music selection, and visual storytelling.
  
  

Required Personal & Professional Attributes

• Must be organized, punctual, and comfortable with a high-output environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professionalism and maturity in representing the brand during shoots.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
  
  

Preferred (But Not Essential)

• Background in nightlife, hospitality, music, or entertainment.
• Basic animation/motion graphic skills.
• Experience with Lightroom presets or mobile LUTs for quick, stylish photo edits.
