Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and bringing a brand’s voice to life online? As the Social Media Manager at Mama Shelter Dubai, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence, shaping creative strategies that amplify our unique style and spirit. If you're creative, innovative, and eager to engage with our growing community, we want you to be part of our dynamic team!

Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It

• Bring the MAMA experience to life online by creating engaging and original content that reflects our brand’s personality .
• Manage a multi-platform social media schedule designed to grow our online community and connect with our audience in true MAMA fashion .
• Develop out-of-the-box social media concepts to maximize engagement and captivate our followers .
• Ensure brand consistency and editorial coherence across all social platforms and posts .
• Collaborate with digital agencies, vendors, and internal departments to execute impactful campaigns throughout the year .
• Partner with influencers and talent to extend the MAMA brand’s reach on social media .
• Gather and prioritize social media requests from internal and external sources, ensuring timely execution .
• Lead the project management of content creation and marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery .
• Build and grow community outreach programs that resonate with the MAMA spirit and values .
• Provide monthly reports on social media metrics, including engagement, views, ROI, and the success of campaigns .
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to develop marketing materials that support various events and initiatives .
• Participate in promotional activities through content creation, website support, e-mail campaigns, and execution of key projects .
