Position Overview

We are seeking a talented, creative, and highly motivated Content Creator & Videographer to join our Marketing & Communications department. This is a newly created, on-site position designed for an individual who is passionate about storytelling through visual media and has a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

This role offers a unique chance to shape the brand voice and visual identity of DB Investing across multiple platforms. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality, engaging video and multimedia content that resonates with our global audience and enhances our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Videography

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and internal communication purposes.
• Capture and produce short-form content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative video campaigns.
  
  
  

Brand Storytelling

• Develop visually compelling content that aligns with our brand values and global messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business goals into creative video content.
  
  
  

Photography & Design

• Capture professional-quality photos for use across digital platforms, including events, team profiles, office culture, and products.
• Assist with basic design and editing for marketing materials when required.
  
  
  

Content Strategy & Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest trends in content creation, social media, video production, and marketing.
• Provide input into content calendars, marketing campaigns, and visual strategy development.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a videographer, content creator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what type of content performs best on each.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative video and visual content.
• Photography skills and familiarity with professional camera equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
