About The Team
SEHA is the largest and most comprehensive healthcare network in the UAE and owns and operates all the public hospitals and clinics of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. SEHA was established to provide UAE residents, citizens, and tourists with integrated, outstanding healthcare services following the highest international quality and safety standards. SEHA is a key player in Abu Dhabi’s wider healthcare sector reform and is responsible for public healthcare facilities as it aims to make its public healthcare delivery comparable to the finest healthcare systems in the world.

Social Media Strategy
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.
- Identify key social media platforms and channels suitable for our target audience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maximize social media effectiveness.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including text, images, videos, and graphics for various social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Foster engagement with the audience by actively participating in discussions and conversations.
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and drive conversions.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and marketing managers, to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Enhance brand visibility and awareness through social media initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
