- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Identify, assess, and escalate risks on liabilities, indemnities, warranties, IP, payment terms, and termination.
- Support Sales and Procurement teams in closing deals by providing contract risk analysis and alternative positions.
- Maintain contract records, track renewals, expirations, and ensure smooth execution processes.
- Assist in developing and updating standard templates and clause libraries.
- Review and complete customer/vendor compliance documents.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Admin) to collect information for compliance submissions.
- Ensure consistency of compliance responses with company policies and legal obligations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- 2+ years of PQE in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with compliance documentation (COC, SCC, supplier forms) is an advantage.
- Strong English drafting and negotiation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Tech/IT sector experience preferred but not mandatory.
