As Area Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing warehouse operations and administrative support to meet productivity, service, and compliance goals. You will lead a team of logistics professionals, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence while supporting business development initiatives.

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and implementing warehouse operations and administrative support to meet productivity, service, and compliance goals. You will lead a team of logistics professionals, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence while supporting business development initiatives.
How you create impact
- Lead and optimize all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and improve Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage and performance.
- Oversee financial performance, including branch P&L and accurate invoicing.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and QHSE standards.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers, supporting new and existing business.
- Hire, develop, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive continuous improvement through re-engineering and KN Production System.
- Ensure adherence to Global Pharma Standards and client-specific logistics solutions.
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Solid understanding of WMS and logistics systems
- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in healthcare and retail logistics is an advantage
- Fluent in English
