  • Networking: Strong relationships with hotel revenue and sales teams across Emirates


Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage contracts & rates

• Optimize dynamic connections and integrations

• Monitor market trends & recommend pricing strategies

• Identify promotions, tactical offers, and exclusive deals

• Coordinate with internal teams & provide regular contracting reports


Skills:

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; MS Excel & CRM/ERP proficiency


KPIs:

Contract renewals & new signings, rate competitiveness, dynamic connections optimized, tactical deals secured, accurate and timely contract updates
