The Regional Chains Manager plays a vital role in driving WebBeds' commercial and strategic direction for hotel chain partnerships within the assigned region. This role is responsible for executing regional contracting strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the competitiveness and growth of WebBeds’ supply network. The position focuses on negotiating optimal agreements, maximizing revenue opportunities, and maintaining strong supplier engagement to support business objectives.
As a key relationship manager for hotel chains, the Regional Chains Manager will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Commercial Strategy, and Technology, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of supplier offerings. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships that deliver value to both WebBeds and its hotel partners.
The success of this role will be measured by the ability to maintain and expand a high-performing supplier portfolio, achieve revenue targets, and enhance operational efficiencies in supplier contracting and connectivity.
Additionally, the Regional Chains Manager will be responsible for financial oversight, ensuring optimal rate competitiveness, revenue maximization, and cost efficiency within the region.

Supplier Relationship Management & Contracting
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel chains, acting as the primary regional point of contact.
- Negotiate and secure competitive commercial agreements, including exclusive rates and promotional offers.
- Develop strategies to optimize supplier revenue and improve contractual terms.
- Ensure rate competitiveness and content availability across WebBeds’ platforms.
- Monitor supplier performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Manage regional contracting budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Optimize revenue streams by implementing effective pricing strategies.
- Conduct financial forecasting and market analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Ensure cost efficiency in contracting processes while maximizing supplier profitability.
- Track and report on revenue performance and supplier contributions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regional supply-demand dynamics.
- Identify and onboard new hotel chain partners to enhance WebBeds’ market presence.
- Work closely with global and regional teams to align contracting strategies with overall business goals.
- Develop and execute supplier engagement plans to drive regional growth.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy teams to ensure optimal supplier representation.
- Collaborate with the Technology team to streamline connectivity and improve supplier integrations.
- Support the implementation of API integrations, optimizing automation and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Track key performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to assess contract performance and supplier effectiveness.
- Provide insights into revenue trends, market opportunities, and supplier competitiveness.
- Develop action plans to enhance supplier relationships and maximize commercial success.
- Represent WebBeds at trade shows, conferences, and supplier meetings.
- Maintain a strong network of industry connections to stay informed of market developments.
- Advocate for WebBeds' interests in key industry discussions and negotiations.
- 7+ years of experience in a supplier contracting, purchasing, or distribution role within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of securing profitable agreements.
- Experience managing regional supplier portfolios and driving revenue growth.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with API connectivity and digital distribution platforms.
- Understanding of B2B travel marketplaces and regional distribution dynamics.
