Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic and Indian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, according to our menu and recipes
  • Ensure all dishes are cooked to the highest standards and presented in an attractive manner
  • Monitor food stock levels and order ingredients as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper cooking techniques and safety procedure


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cook,
  • In-depth knowledge of Arabic and Indian cuisine, including traditional cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates
