We're Hiring: Coordinator - IT Managed Services!
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to support our IT Managed Services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT service management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to support our IT Managed Services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT service management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment.
- Coordinate the resources in the managed services
- Act as the point of contact for managed services
- Assist the team in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations of resources
- Coordinate the team leads and the shifts of resources
- Handling the customers in the Govt entity
- Execute telephonic calls, internal coordination
- Coordinating the monthly Timesheets, and attendance reports with the resources
- Ensure invoicing is executed in a timely manner
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree holders (BBA/MBA - in Marketing Specialization) with a minimum of 4 years of related experience in UAE.
- Experience in IT managed services is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills with English language (oral and written) communication skills.
- Experience working in multi-national customer support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
