Coordinator, Talent Acquisition - Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)
About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to join our Four Seasons Corporate Office team in Dubai! This role reports to the Vice President, People and Culture - EMEA to assist the People & Culture Team in the Dubai Corporate Office with Talent Acquisition tasks.

Coordinator, Talent Acquisition - Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)
About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to join our Four Seasons Corporate Office team in Dubai! This role reports to the Vice President, People and Culture - EMEA to assist the People & Culture Team in the Dubai Corporate Office with Talent Acquisition tasks.
Key Activities
Regional Talent Acquisition Operations
- Support interview scheduling for executive and key regional roles, ensuring a smooth process across time zones and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up on candidate reference and background checks.
- Craft job adverts aligned with hiring manager needs and consistent with Four Seasons' employer brand.
- Support in maintaining regional TA trackers and contribute to the preparation of TA-related presentations, dashboards, reports, and updates for internal meetings, Townhalls, and stakeholder reviews.
- Maintain shared TA resources (e.g., toolkits, templates) on platforms such as SharePoint, ensuring up-to-date content and version control.
- Coordinate the administrative follow-up of Interns and MITs across EMEA, including liaising with properties to ensure timely action on application outcomes, onboarding dates, and internal communications.
- Schedule bi-annual Intern and MIT touchpoints with the Area TA team and coordinate a corporate welcome to program.
- Support campus relations and event logistics, including coordinating travel, preparing materials, and supporting pre-event logistics in partnership with the Area TA team.
- Track post-program outcomes to support future placements and program impact measurement.
- Assist in creating and curating employer branding content to support area and property-level TA activity across EMEA.
- Support the build and collation of TA updates for the EMEA Weekly People & Culture Newsletter.
- Support Workday TA management, including creating supervisory organizations, positions, requisitions, and candidate management.
- Support the onboarding of new property-based TA team members by coordinating system access and sharing key tools and resources.
- Assist with tracking TA technology usage across properties to ensure compliance and alignment with brand standards.
- 1-2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, scheduling systems, and HR software to support end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment operations, candidate experience, and coordination best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- People oriented, self-starter and team player.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and requests.
