As a Cordant Solutions Sales Specialist, you will contribute to the sales strategy for the UAE market. You will be responsible to ensure positioning Baker Hughes as Partner of Choice, handle large customers such as DEWA and set the right strategy to meet and exceed customer expectations and business growth requirements.
You will also be responsible for:
- Owning the Orders Annual Plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics such as cash and receivables
- Building customer relationships at different levels for the purpose of Business development and Sales
- Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conducting sales presentations and generating new opportunities and promoting New Products and Solutions
- Driving aggressive growth targets and addressing volume and timing
- Developing consultant’s awareness and knowledge on key Bently Nevada / Cordant Solutions technologies and working with them on specifications
- Demonstrating commercial and technical expertise in specific market and lead opportunity planning
- Owning regional future planning and forecasting for Bently Nevada in the region specified
- Driving cross-functional coordination with the Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering and Project Management teams
To be successful in this role, below are the suggested skillsets:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, customer service and operations for Vibration Condition Monitoring or Digital software or Rotating Equipment.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Have knowledge of UAE customers
- Have strong customer-focused skills.
- Have the Capability of hosting / facilitating discussion at meetings.
- Be legally entitled to work in United Arab Emirates without company sponsorship or time restriction.
