Corp. Security Sys. & Services Manager

Synopsis

Responsible for the management and development of all visitors, parking services, operational activities and implementation of new and updated security systems and technologies in the Etihad Airways premises that under the responsibility of Asset Management.

Accountabilities

• Provide strategic leadership and set directions for Etihad Airways Corporate Security worldwide ensuring that employees, assets, and guests are kept safe and secure.
• Researches and deploys technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard the company’s assets, establish appropriate standards and associated risk controls.
• Manage, overseeing installation of Security systems throughout the network, and ensure backup systems is operating effectively. Develop Physical Security system master plan for standardization throughout the network, develop and manage maintenance program of Security Assets (CCTV, Access controls, etc..) and raise reports for management and budget purposes.
• Implement quality control system to measure and maintain consistent standard of Security services delivered.
• Manage service level agreements of third parties providing Etihad with Security Systems, monitoring & troubleshooting of security systems, and support end user.
• Manage and improve the visitor’s policies/regulations, parking facilities in the commercial and Residential buildings for smooth movement and always ensure the implementation of security and safety procedures.
• Oversee the risk assessments, accident and incident reports, and routine inspections are completed, logged, and communicated as required.
• Ensure alignment and coordination with respective stakeholders in relation to system requirements for all projects as well as visitor and parking management.
• Develop, review, and improve the Standard of Procedures, and conduct a benchmarking with other leading entities for operational improvements where required.
• Manage the ivistor, ipark, long stay and all other related applications, and to maintain the functionality of all Corporate Security Applications and ensure to have a contingency plan in place.
• Monitor and analyze the surveys’ results and prepare reports in quarterly basis with recommendations to be raised the management.
  
  

Education & Experience

• 5-7 years physical security experience of which a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position with experience in visitor and parking management.
• Specialization in management of integrated security systems, IT Security System Degree or Diploma preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English required
