As a Corporate Ambassador, you will be the face of our client’s organization, ensuring every visitor and client feels valued and well-served. This role is pivotal in maintaining the positive image of the organization while offering top-tier service to all stakeholders.

- Welcome all clients, visitors, and VIP guests, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and service.
- Provide accurate information about the company and assist visitors with their queries.
- Offer personalized service to clients, including assistance with portal applications.
- Manage the switchboard by efficiently handling calls, taking messages, and ensuring timely communication with staff.
- Coordinate with courier companies to send and receive documents, maintaining proper records of dispatch and delivery.
- Perform administrative duties to support the Client Experience department when required.
- High School Certification required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally managing VIP clients.
- Fluent in English; Russian or Arabic as an additional language.
- Strong communication skills, customer-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
