We’re looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to lead strategic communications, strengthen our internal and external brand identity, and drive engagement across the region. In this pivotal role, you will also be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies for our new sustainable Eaton Campus in Dubai, ensuring it becomes a hub of innovation, collaboration, and visibility.

As a key member of our regional communications leadership team, you will Develop and execute the communications strategy for the Middle East & Africa region.

What You’ll Do
As a key member of our regional communications leadership team, you will Develop and execute the communications strategy for the Middle East & Africa region.
- Build Eaton’s internal and external brand identity, ensuring a positive image across all stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement through impactful internal communications and leadership messaging.
- Elevate Eaton’s visibility externally through media relations, thought leadership, and strategic campaigns.
- Manage risk and reputation, ensuring consistent messaging during key events.
- Enhance communication processes, tools, and channels to improve effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in corporate communications or related roles.
- Local market knowledge and experience
- Strong skills in strategic planning, storytelling, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and digital communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
