You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manages full project lifecycle cost services across various sectors.
• Provides technical guidance to support specialist disciplines in project delivery.
• Conducts feasibility studies and advises on procurement strategies and contract selection.
• Applies value management techniques to enhance cost efficiency and stakeholder value.
• Leads estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to clients.
• Assists in contractor selection and prepares formal contract documentation.
• Oversees contract administration, including valuations, variations, and contractor agreements.
• Delivers cost control, reporting, and sustainability initiatives, mentoring junior staff and supporting carbon reduction goals.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is essential.
