Job Description

  • 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in retail, with proven track record of managing large-scale operations and full P&L

accountability.

  • Strong exposure to the Saudi market with experience in multi-region leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth, market entry, and profitability.
  • Strategic leadership with strong execution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex P&L and deliver consistent financial performance.
  • Strong government, regulatory, and landlord networks in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Achievement of KSA top-line and bottom-line financial targets.
  • Growth in market share and successful expansion into new regions.
  • Customer satisfaction and NPS improvement across stores and online.
  • Compliance with Saudization and regulatory requirements.
  • Development and retention of a high-performing leadership team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability.
  • Culturally sensitive and customer-focused.
  • Visionary leader who can inspire and align teams across functions and geographies.

MBA or advanced degree in Business or a related field
