Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Creative Designer Intern with a strong visual eye and an instinct for aesthetics, storytelling, and trends. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with visuals, pushing creative boundaries, and turning raw ideas or event footage into scroll-stopping Instagram content.
You should be someone who naturally thinks in visuals — from layouts and color palettes to motion, transitions, and effects, and enjoys bringing concepts to life for digital platforms.

You should be someone who naturally thinks in visuals — from layouts and color palettes to motion, transitions, and effects, and enjoys bringing concepts to life for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing Instagram grids, carousels, and static posts aligned with brand aesthetics
- Edit event videos, reels, and short-form content using creative transitions, effects, and music
- Assist in developing visual concepts for social media campaigns
- Adapt raw event footage into polished, engaging content
- Maintain visual consistency across all social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content goals and timelines
- Stay updated with current design, motion, and Instagram trends
- High level of creativity and visual imagination with a strong aesthetic sense
- Ability to conceptualize ideas, not just execute instructions
- Strong sense of design, layout, color, and typography
- Experience with tools such as:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or similar video editing tools)
- Understanding of Instagram formats (posts, carousels, reels, stories)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video effects
- Ability to take creative direction and meet deadlines
- Experience editing event or brand videos
- Familiarity with trending reel styles and transitions
- Knowledge of basic animation or motion graphics
- A personal Instagram, Behance, or portfolio showcasing design/video work
- Hands-on experience working on real brand and event projects
- Exposure to experiential marketing, events, and immersive design
- Mentorship from an experienced marketing team
- Opportunity to build a strong professional portfolio
- Potential for a full-time role based on performance
