About The Position

Our creative team is made up of fearless thinkers who hone their craft with brutal simplicity of thought. We are looking for a Creative Director - Copywriter to partner with a CD Art Director to own projects and build client relationships.

About The Role

Below is a snapshot of what you’ll do:

• Challenge creative briefs while understanding project requirements to create change-making work.
• Produce clear, consistently fresh and surprising ideas and compelling copy.
• Showcase and nurture award-winning talent. . You will do this by line managing junior to senior creatives and report to the ECD/CCO.
• Work in a close-knit creative partnership with an Art Director and Creative Lead to generate campaign ideas and see them through from concepts to completion.
• Amend, revise, or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the ECD or clients.
• Champion of participation brands and marketing.
• Reviewing efficiency of team with regards to profitability
• Create the right structure for the best teaming for respective clients.
  
  
  

You bring (required):

• 10+ years of agency experience.
• A good portfolio with the potential to become a creative titan. With 2-3 examples of great work.
  
  
  

As a bonus, you bring:

• Regional GCC experience.
• Recent award wins at regional or global award shows.
• Have examples of compelling, change-making work for Real Estate clients.
• Experience of working on luxury, destination clients
  
  
  

You are:

• A fearless thinker.
• A rockstar Copywriter with a genuine passion for writing while maintaining high standards for executions and attention to tone.
• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, persuasive negotiator, positive and innovative thinker.
• Fearless protector of the high creative criteria within the agency. Ensures nothing below the bar gets out the door.
• A problem solver who inspires by example and brings out the best in the creative teams.
