Your Purpose
- Our team of 11 Account Managers and Project Manager are responsible for the delivery of multi-discipline projects ranging from working with local communities to create an engaging branded campaign that communicates proposed plans in their area, to a gamified e-learning experience for the Ministry of Defence.
- We currently work with clients such as Transport for London, East West Rail, Ministry of Defence, Highways England, Environment Agency, NEOM, EDF Energy, and our own global internal communications.
- You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-impact creative projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role demands a project manager with strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of creative workflows in a global context. It's important that you are a strong ‘connector’ spotting opportunities to weave our services into the global business.
- Connecting with the Global Growth lead to expand on briefs, build strong relationships and generate revenue is crucial for driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across AMEA, ensuring we capitalise on commercial opportunities and deliver impactful projects. As we're a global team with offices and resources in multiple locations, you will need to be able to coordinate local and remote teams to deliver the best solution for our clients across multiple disciplines.
- Managing a multi-discipline project from the initial stages through to final delivery.
- Lead the end-to-end management of global creative campaigns, including strategy, production, and delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Supporting the teams marketing and insight into global marketing strategies.
- Facilitate alignment between regional and global teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Drive the adoption of tools and technologies that improve collaboration and project tracking.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
- Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform future creative strategies.
- Brilliantly analytical, you'll pinpoint the success of campaigns – producing reports and presenting your findings.
- Always looking for improvement, you'll assess processes and make appropriate recommendations based on the data and information you gather.
- You’ll support the co-ordination of our programmes of work, working with our Project Management team to maintain back-office systems (Monday.com), enabling effective planning, scheduling and monitoring of the work.
- Ensuring we’re delivering high-quality that adds real added value.
- Build strong relationships and generate revenue to drive strategic initiatives and foster collaboration across AMEA, ensuring we capitalise on commercial opportunities and deliver impactful projects.
- A wide understanding of creative disciplines and collaborating with these teams.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-market creative campaigns.
- Experience managing cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience within a creative/digital environment.
- Possess a creative flair and innovative approach to projects.
- Experience of working in a high-demand, high pressure environment.
- Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Project Management software and tools – experience of using Monday.com would be ideal but not essential.
- A work winning ethic and drive to expand and grow the business.
