Bayut Studios is a property-focused creative services division aimed at revolutionizing real estate marketing for property developers. By providing high-quality photography, videography, virtual tours, and branding services, Bayut Studios will empower real estate developers to showcase their new property development in a more compelling and engaging manner. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the commercial success of Bayut Studios. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within media, content production, advertising, or real estate services. This role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy to position Bayut Studios as the go-to partner for high-end 3D visualisation, animation, and creative content within the UAE real estate market
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers across property developers, architectural firms, and marketing agencies, especially those responsible for branding, visualisation, or content creation.
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships by understanding client pain points and offering tailored solutions involving 3D renders, walkthrough animations, virtual tours, and other immersive content.
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.

- Present Bayut Studios' full creative offering, including photography, videography, CGI/3D services, and interactive media, highlighting their value in real estate marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to keep our services ahead of the curve.
- Negotiate contracts, manage pipelines, and consistently achieve (and exceed) quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for
- growth and differentiation
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation, consultative selling, and strategic
- account management
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in media production, digital marketing, CGI/3D rendering, or real estate content services.
- Minimum 1 year experience within the UAE property sector
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software workflows (e.g., 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Lumion) to confidently speak with clients and relay project requirements to the production team.
- Experience working in or with architectural visualization studios or proptech companies.
- Passion for real estate, architecture, or immersive digital content.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of initiatives
