Are you a fraud-fighting expert with a sharp eye for risk and a passion for protecting customers? Want to be at the forefront of building secure, seamless lending products in a fast-moving digital bank? If so, keep reading—this role has your name on it.
We’re on the lookout for a Credit Fraud Manager to join our dynamic Risk team. You’ll own fraud strategy and execution across our credit portfolio—currently credit cards and supply chain finance—with exciting new products like BNPL, overdrafts, and personal loans on the horizon.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and drive the fraud risk framework for our entire lending suite—from credit cards to next-gen digital products.
Lead fraud strategies across the customer journey: onboarding (application fraud, synthetic ID), account servicing (ATO, misuse), and repayments.
Stay ahead of fraud trends—analyze root causes, close control gaps, and constantly evolve our defenses.
Oversee complex investigations and collaborate with Ops, Legal, Credit, and Collections to resolve cases and maximize recovery.
Partner with product, credit, and tech teams to embed fraud controls into every step of the customer journey.
Create clear, actionable dashboards and reports to update senior leadership on fraud trends and KPIs.
Ensure we meet regulatory and audit requirements while supporting internal and external fraud reviews.
What You’ll Bring:
5–8 years of experience in credit fraud risk management.
Deep knowledge of fraud typologies—synthetic IDs, application fraud, first-party abuse, repayment fraud—you’ve seen it all.
Experience with credit cards and/or SME lending like trade or supply chain finance.
Strong analytical skills and a nose for detecting unusual patterns.
A collaborative mindset—you know how to work across teams and influence decisions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage stakeholders and leadership.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in fraud risk at a digital bank or fintech.
Exposure to credit risk or underwriting processes.
Familiarity with UAE Central Bank regulations on fraud and lending.
