Credit Manager

A reputable and well-established Bank is actively recruiting a Credit Manager for their team in Abu Dhabi.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Oversee credit underwriting and risk Management functions.
• Review and analyse credit proposals, trade, and financial transactions.
• Assist in implementing the risk infrastructure roadmap by coordinating with the various risk units.
• Act as a liaison with key stakeholders to drive the resolution of audit points or issues.
• Conduct regular risk assessments of banking projects, portfolios, and products.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE from the KSA.
• Bachelor’s Degree. MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate banking of which 10 years of corporate appraisal and risk-related functions.
• Knowledge of the latest banking and accounting regulations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
