About The Role
Reporting to the Manager Crew Training Quality & Standards, the Crew Training Quality & Standards Lead will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes for training programmes. This role ensures that training meets established quality standards and other relevant requirements. To actively monitor the effectiveness of training programmes, drive curriculum improvements, and ensure all programmes align with international best practices, the needs of the learners, and the corporate values of the Emirates Group.

About The Role
Reporting to the Manager Crew Training Quality & Standards, the Crew Training Quality & Standards Lead will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes for training programmes. This role ensures that training meets established quality standards and other relevant requirements. To actively monitor the effectiveness of training programmes, drive curriculum improvements, and ensure all programmes align with international best practices, the needs of the learners, and the corporate values of the Emirates Group.
What You Will Do
- Lead the execution of quality assurance processes for training programmes. Support monitoring efforts to ensure training programmes meet internal quality standards and relevant requirements.
- Gather and analyse learner feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate to adjust and improve training programmes based on evaluation results and feedback.
- Ensure training materials align with current organisational standards and industry requirements. Support subject matter experts in maintaining and improving training content. Assess the delivery methods to ensure learner engagement and outcomes.
- Ensure training programmes adhere to relevant guidelines. Collaborate with internal audit teams and oversee compliance documentation processes.
- Provide strategic insights on quality-related trends to internal stakeholders through detailed reporting and analysis. Identify action plans based on training evaluations and feedback.
- Identify potential risks related to training quality or compliance issues. Collaborate with other stakeholders to implement corrective actions to address risks in training programmes.
- Support the use and integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technology tools to track and improve training quality. Generate data reports for program tracking and performance analysis.
- Lead a team of Quality & Standards specialists and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organisation.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Completed Degree or Honors (12+3 equivalent) in a relevant field of study.
- 8+ years of experience in In-Flight Services/In-flight Administration, or experience in learning and development, leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives within the airline industry or training/educational organisations.
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading quality assurance initiatives.
- In-depth exposure to quality assurance processes, with a focus on learning and development.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and evaluation processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.
- Ability to suggest practical solutions to enhance training effectiveness and quality.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), data analysis tools, and training delivery software.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
