Key Requirements
- Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred) – must
- Banking industry experience (Retail, Corporate, or Private Banking – mix & match acceptable) – preferred
- Hands-on Agile methodology knowledge – must
- Exposure to AI/automation in CRM – preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Quick availability / immediate joiners – preferred
