About The Role

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a CRO/Sales Funnel Builder to take our customer acquisition and conversion strategies to the next level. If you’re a data-driven marketer who loves optimising every touchpoint of the customer journey, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Landing Page Creation & Optimisation: Design and build high-converting landing pages tailored to different audiences and campaigns.
- Email Automation Workflows: Develop and manage email sequences to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and drive conversions.
- Sales Funnel Management: Plan, build, and optimise sales funnels to maximise customer acquisition and retention.
- Upsell/Downsell Strategies: Implement tactics to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through upsells, downsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously test landing pages, email sequences, and other funnel elements to improve performance.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyse conversion rates (CVR) at each stage of the funnel, identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Journey Improvements: Provide actionable recommendations to enhance touchpoints and ensure a seamless user experience.
What you’ll deliver
- High-converting landing pages and email sequences that drive measurable results.
- Comprehensive reports on funnel performance, including CVR analysis and actionable insights.
- Continuous improvements to the customer journey based on data and testing.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in creating and optimising sales funnels and email workflows. Experience with SaaS or the fitness industry is a huge plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Leadpages), email automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- A/B Testing Expertise: Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and how to run and analyse experiments.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box to optimise the customer journey and conversion rates.
- Collaboration Skills: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align funnel strategies with broader business goals.
- Passion for Fitness: Familiarity with the fitness space and an understanding of its unique customer journeys are a bonus.
