What will I be doing?


As the Culinary Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of culinary operations while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. With your expertise in culinary arts, you will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our culinary team. As a Culinary Coordinator, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and production scheduling.
  • Coordinate with culinary staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
  • Monitor food quality and adherence to culinary standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.
  • Monitor food costs and waste to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
  • Oversee proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients.
  • Monitor kitchen hygiene and cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Provide guidance on safety procedures and emergency preparedness.
