- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience in handling customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Experience in handling customer queries and resolving complaints.
- Prior experience in a BPO, call center, or client support role is a plus.
