Al Haktur IT Solutions, a premier provider of innovative IT solutions in the UAE, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to enhance our client support services in Dubai. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to a customer-focused team in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about company products and services, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits.
  • Feedback Management: Record and report customer feedback to help improve services and drive customer-centric initiatives.
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades based on customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer support.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Attributes:
    • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
