Job Description

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead and manage customer project(s) for large, complex contracts, ensuring alignment with Nokia's operational standards and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, proactively addressing changes in cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ).
- Act as the primary customer liaison, overseeing communication, managing expectations, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform rigorous financial management, including monitoring budgets, profitability forecasts, and ensuring project delivery within financial constraints.
- Conduct comprehensive risk management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks while seeking new opportunities for contract expansion.
- Ensure high-quality project outcomes by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional team responsibilities, effectively assigning tasks and mentoring team members to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate project closure, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and lessons learned are documented for future reference.
You have:
- 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or IT
- Strong knowledge of project planning and risk management methodologies
- Proficient in managing customer relationships and stakeholder communications
- Experience with financial forecasting and budget management
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile and other project management frameworks
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling in existing customer accounts
- Multilingual skills to facilitate global communication
