Job Description
As a Customer Project Manager at Nokia, you will spearhead the successful execution of complex customer programs, ensuring alignment with our operational standards and commitment to excellence. This role is central to our Customer Delivery Management team, where you will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to drive project success within budget, timeline, and quality constraints. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead and manage customer project(s) for large, complex contracts, ensuring alignment with Nokia's operational standards and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, proactively addressing changes in cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ).
- Act as the primary customer liaison, overseeing communication, managing expectations, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform rigorous financial management, including monitoring budgets, profitability forecasts, and ensuring project delivery within financial constraints.
- Conduct comprehensive risk management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks while seeking new opportunities for contract expansion.
- Ensure high-quality project outcomes by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional team responsibilities, effectively assigning tasks and mentoring team members to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate project closure, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and lessons learned are documented for future reference.
You have:
- 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or IT
- Strong knowledge of project planning and risk management methodologies
- Proficient in managing customer relationships and stakeholder communications
- Experience with financial forecasting and budget management
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile and other project management frameworks
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling in existing customer accounts
- Multilingual skills to facilitate global communication
