Responsibilities
- Provide first-level customer support via digital channels, primarily focusing on email.
- Accurately log tickets and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Meet individual KPIs and adhere to service-level agreements (SLA).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Suggest process improvements and stay informed on updated systems and procedures.
- Must reside within a 50 miles radius of Fujairah, UAE.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or contact center support.
- Must have a valid UAE National Family Book.
- Experience in providing written/email customer support.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with telecommunication products and services in the UAE.
- Experience handling customer interactions via social media channels.
