What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the heart and soul of creating exceptional experiences for our coaches and their clients. Your role will involve:

• Solve Problems and Support Customers: Respond to customer inquiries through web chat and ticketing systems, addressing issues efficiently.
• Guide Coaches to Success: Conduct onboarding calls with new coaches, walking them through our platform so they can unlock its full potential.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Keep our support systems running smoothly by managing and resolving queries with precision and detail.
• Build Meaningful Connections: Foster genuine relationships with our coaches and their clients, making every interaction personal.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a customer service professional who is dedicated, skilled, and ready to make a difference. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience: At least 4 years in customer service, with a track record of delivering exceptional support.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, with fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Empathy and Problem-Solving: The ability to understand customer needs and provide thoughtful, effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp focus on accuracy and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Multitasking Ability: Comfort in managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.
• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with web-based customer support tools and ticketing systems.
