As a Customer Service Engineer at Swisslog Healthcare you will perform all Customer Support duties and responsibilities relating to Swisslog Healthcare products (Transport Automation and Pharmacy Automation) which include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, warranty service, emergency service and on-call services. Furthermore you will support with a start-up of new installed systems, operator maintenance and user training, and promotion of company products and services as required. As a Customer Service Engineer, you deal with the following tasks.
- Insuring/increasing customer satisfaction through effective complaints handling and periodic customer care visits
- Provide scheduled preventive maintenance service to the customer and conduct periodic customer care visits to monitor product performance and customer satisfaction
- Train Swisslog Healthcare customers on system and light maintenance operations and identify opportunities to add value to the customer installation
- Report product quality issues to Customer Service Manager and of any problems that arise within their area of responsibility
- Ensure that required administrative paperwork, Service Work Orders, Expense Reports and Downtime Reports, as well as start-up logs are properly filled out and processed in a timely manner
Requirements:
- B.S Degree in Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering
- Related experience or job equivalent
- Ability to read blueprint, schematics and wiring diagrams to extract necessary technical information
- Computer software and hardware literate with Windows Application experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Drivers license
