Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Follow-up: Ensure customer concerns are resolved by following up with relevant departments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve retention.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Upselling Cross-Selling (if applicable): Recommend products or services that meet customer needs.
- Education: High school diploma or bachelors degree in any field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, call centers, or client handling roles.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult customers and find solutions effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and customer service tools.
- Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
- Empathy Patience: Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and understanding.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
