The role?
Onboard and train restaurant teams on qlub, ensuring they derive value. Manage client accounts, analyse data for operational improvements, collaborate with the product team to enhance qlub, implement process improvements, and upsell additional products to existing clients. As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

The role?
Onboard and train restaurant teams on qlub, ensuring they derive value. Manage client accounts, analyse data for operational improvements, collaborate with the product team to enhance qlub, implement process improvements, and upsell additional products to existing clients. As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
- Onboarding Expert: Onboard restaurants on our platform (in-person and virtually), train their teams and make sure qlub delivers value for them so they’ll love it.
- Account Management: Manage the account relationship and grow the accounts internally;
- Data Wizard: Analyse the numbers, pinpoint insights, and make our operations super-efficient;
- Product Champion: Work directly with our product team to make qlub even better for venues and influence our global product roadmap;
- Process Expert: Suggest improvements and implement present processes at workplaces;
- Upsell: Upsell and cross-sell qlub products to existing clients;
- Relevant business degree;
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Have up to 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role;
- Have a valid driver’s license and your vehicle (required for on-site visits);
- Hustle. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mindset, and willingness to roll up your sleeves;
- You will be on the ground after onboarding during those peak lunch/dinner services to make sure everything runs flawlessly;
- Held management positions in hospitality;
- Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets;
- Can demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities;
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts;
- You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and over achieve your targets;
